It would be great if the hotel could upgrade its Wi-Fi infrastructure, perhaps by installing more access points or boosting the bandwidth to improve speeds, especially in high-traffic areas.

This hotel provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I had an amazing time here! The atmosphere was so welcoming, and every detail was taken care of. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

The location was excellent with a lot to see within walking distance. The room was very nice, spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was huge and very comfy. As well, the night view from the 10th floor was quite nice.

Rooms were perfect. The swimming pool was a bit busier than the first time I came (which was nice) and we were able to enjoy a quiet afternoon with food and drinks by the pool after a busy week visiting other parts of the country. Reception agent U. went far out of his way to help us with retrieving a passport our daughter had forgotten in Samarkand in time to fly back home and for this great service, we are very grateful.

This was the second time we stayed at the City Palace on this trip. Check in was much smoother, the staff were lovely- some front desk probs but booking related not personnel. It's a great location, big comfortable hotel with a nice pool. All the taxis know it and it's close to the metro and many of the museums. Also great with the Hyatt next door which offers a lovely roof terrace for sunset cocktails.

The reception team was outstanding! They handled my check-in swiftly and made sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth stay. I truly appreciated their attention to detail. I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were spacious and cozy, and the service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit.
